Not your typical boot camp! Class focuses on a holistic approach to training the human body. Utilizing the principles of movement mechanics and strength that can be applied to any activity you choose to engage in. RKC style! Ideal for those just starting their fitness journey or the experienced athletes, each individual is encouraged to exercise within their own abilities.

Warrior-Fit

Program offers a deeper practice of what is explored in the CrossTraining316 program, by introducing new and more complex movement skills. This program is for those who demand more from their fitness program. Perfect for first responders such as police, firefighters, military operators, or anyone with the heart of a warrior.

Ambassadors “Champions Workshop”

This program is aimed at helping teens and young adults develop and discover their physical ability, improve body awareness, build self-confidence, and equip them to be better leaders. Two groups ages 13 – 18 and 19 +
